Saturday was the big event! I was able to meet all the member of my Louisiana crew who couldn't make it to G and Papa Boogs' wedding. I think they were just as excited to see me as I was to see them. I felt like I had an instant bond with them because they like to eat and drink just as much as I do. (I don't think they were drinking formula)
I was a little disappointed that I slept through the Christmas carol singing since Mommy had me so excited about how we were going to sing Rudolph. I did wake up for the gift opening; that was really fun. I got some really fun books and clothes. A lot of them had a Louisiana theme to them, I guess like Mommy said I need to know my southern roots. On Sunday we had more food and visited more with the family and then headed back to Baton Rouge to prepare for our trip back home on Monday.

We sure enjoyed having you here for Christmas. Tell Mom and Dad..Thanks for bringing you. Maybe next year you will be able to taste some of the Louisiana food you only got to smell this year.
